Terms & Conditions

Our cooperative program has some very basic rules which all members must abide by in order to remain in the program. These rules are designed so that everyone benefits. Anyone who does not abide by the rules will be removed from the program. Pretty simple, eh?

1. Members agree to insert the provided code needed for displaying banners on their website. These banners may be displayed on any pages within their site they wish. It is strongly recommended that the banners be displayed predominately, but not in a way that would detract from the main purpose of the member's own site. The code may not be modified in any way without prior written permission from Construction Info Exchange.

2. A banner that appears on a member's site at any time will be a banner for another member, a sponsor, or Construction Info Exchange. Construction Info Exchange will not accept any advertisements from parties whose product, service or advertisement are deemed by Construction Info Exchange to be inappropriate.

3. A member may cancel their membership in Construction Info Exchange at any time simply by  sending a cancellation notice and removing the Construction Info Exchange code from their website. The cancellation notice must include the URL of the member's site and the member's password.

4. Only one banner of each size (one small 120x90 gif with maximum file size 12kb, one large 468x60 gif with maximum file size 12kb) can be placed on each page.  All Construction Info Exchange banners must be displayed on the page such that the banner is easily visible.
